1. Delivery Coverage
We currently demonstrate delivery within selected serviceable PIN codes across major metropolitan and Tier-1 cities in India. Actual coverage and delivery feasibility must be verified at checkout prior to final launch.
2. Order Processing
All artisanal confections and snacks are crafted in fresh batches. Sample order processing time is typically 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are queued for the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated transit duration: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination city and courier partner routing. These are illustrative estimates for preview purposes and do not represent guaranteed delivery windows.
4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold
Our sample shipping rates are configured as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Flat ₹60 per order across eligible serviceable locations.
- Complimentary Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders with a cart total of ₹999 or above.
Note: Both values are temporary sample parameters subject to client operational sign-off.
5. Order Tracking
In a live production environment, courier tracking links and AWB identifiers are shared via email and SMS once parcels leave the fulfilment hub. No real tracking numbers are generated in local development.
6. Delays, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
If a parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please reach out immediately to our support team at hello@sugaria.example with your order reference number and packaging photographs. Final reporting timelines and claim policies are pending client approval.
